Randi Lau serves as the Director of Business Development at Seal Masters of HawaiĘ»i, where she oversees the sales and marketing teams. In this role, she drives growth by leading strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and aligning branding, sales, and community engagement. Her work helps position Seal Masters as a trusted partner for commercial occupied-building renovations across Hawai‘i.
Marketing Growth and Industry Engagement
Randi has experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and guiding client-facing teams that support clear communication throughout complex renovation projects. Under her leadership, the company’s marketing presence has been revitalized, with social media growth of over 360% and national recognition through widely viewed campaigns and industry features. She has secured media placements in respected publications, elevated Seal Masters’ presence at statewide industry expos, and spearheaded community initiatives such as the “Adopt-a-Park” program.
Community Leadership Across Hawai‘i
Randi also brings her leadership experience to organizations serving Hawai‘i’s business and nonprofit communities. She volunteers as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Hawai‘i Young Leaders Board, contributes to the Mo‘ili‘ili Resident Managers Association, and is active in the Pacific Century Fellows program. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and creating positive change across Hawai‘i.
Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Randi brings a strong local perspective to her professional work and community involvement. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and taking her dog, Kinako, to the beach. A passionate foodie, she also loves exploring local cuisines and supporting small businesses across the islands.
