Preconstruction Leadership for Hawai‘i Renovation Projects
Kim Piercy is the Director of Preconstruction for Seal Masters of Hawaii and Elite Construction Services, bringing more than seven years of construction industry experience to her role. She began her construction career as an Executive Assistant and advanced through roles including Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager. She now leads the preconstruction department for both companies, helping prepare occupied-building renovation projects for an organized transition into construction.
Coordinating Projects From Sales to Operations
In her current role, Kim oversees the early planning and coordination of projects, including contracting, permitting, submittals, scheduling, workforce planning, and materials procurement. She collaborates closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to support a coordinated handoff from sales through preconstruction and into operations. Dedicated to continuous professional development, Kim identifies opportunities to improve internal workflows, strengthen project coordination, and create a better client experience.
Education, Client Service, and Community Support
Kim holds bachelor’s degrees in Criminology, Law and Society, and Social Ecology. Her professional experience spans several industries and includes 20 years in customer service, including food service, retail, marketing, sales, and management.
Her community service background includes volunteer work supporting survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking through CSP Sexual Assault Victim Services and the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force. She served as an on-call victim advocate, interpreter, and coordinator for large-scale fundraising and awareness events. Although she no longer volunteers with these organizations locally, Kim continues to support the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force remotely by helping improve administrative processes and organizational efficiency.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two sons, and two dogs. She also loves exploring new cuisines, traveling, and reading.
