Marlone Madamba brings hands-on property restoration, reconstruction, and construction leadership experience to his role as Director of Construction at Seal Masters of Hawaii. His career reflects a strong commitment to teamwork, client trust, professional growth, and servant leadership.

From Field Technician to Construction Director

Marlone began his career in the field as a technician, where he developed a firsthand understanding of teamwork, precision, and client trust. Through continuous learning and increasing responsibility, he advanced through roles as Lead Technician, Project Manager, Estimator, Project Director, and Department Manager. He later served as General Manager for the O‘ahu location of a local property restoration company, giving him experience across both field operations and organizational leadership.

Servant Leadership for Hawai‘i Renovation Teams

In 2025, Marlone joined the Seal Masters of Hawai‘i team, bringing his industry knowledge and leadership experience to the company’s commercial occupied-building renovation projects across the islands. His approach centers on leading by example and empowering teams through service and support, helping create positive outcomes for clients, employees, and the communities Seal Masters serves.

As Director of Construction, Marlone focuses on supporting construction teams, strengthening project coordination, and reinforcing a workplace culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and respect. He is committed to maintaining consistent standards for project quality, communication, and client service throughout the renovation process.
