Marlone Madamba brings years of hands-on experience and proven leadership to Seal Masters of Hawaii as the Director of Construction. Marlone’s career in the property restoration and reconstruction industry is a testament to his dedication, work ethic, and unwavering belief in servant leadership.

He began his journey “boots on the ground” as a field technician, where he learned the importance of teamwork, precision, and client trust firsthand. Through a commitment to excellence and continuous learning, Marlone advanced steadily through roles as Lead Technician, Project Manager, Estimator, Project Director, and Department Manager, ultimately serving as General Manager for the Oahu location of a leading local property restoration company.

In 2025, Marlone joined the Seal Masters of Hawaii team, excited to contribute his deep industry knowledge and passion for elevating construction standards across the islands. He believes that leading by example and empowering teams through service and support is the foundation for long-term success—for clients, employees, and the community alike.

As Director of Construction, Marlone remains dedicated to fostering a culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and respect, while ensuring that every project upholds the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
